Upgrading to Vdaq 2.4

There are two approaches to upgrading to Vdaq 2.4, depending on what version of Vdaq you are already running.

If you are already running Vdaq 2.3 under windows XP, then you simply need to download and run the Vdaq 2.4 installation file.
If you are already running Vdaq 2.3 on a Windows NT system, and you think that now is the time to migrate to Windows XP, you can find instructions for that here
If you are running Vdaq 2.1 or older under windows XP, then you need to install a new version of the MIL library in addition to installing Vdaq 2.4.
if you are running Vdaq 2.1 or older on a Windows NT system, you might want to consider migrating to Windows XP before upgrading Vdaq. Full instructions for this process can be found here.
